ABOUT ME

I’ve spent over two decades bringing worlds to life through lighting. What began with coloring books at eight years old, grew into a lifelong fascination with color, atmosphere, and storytelling. University sharpened my eye for detail, and my career has allowed me to refine that passion across film, visual effects, and video games.
I began as a generalist in logo animation, but quickly realized I wanted more. That pursuit took me to California, where I contributed to feature films and special effects, before transitioning into games—a space where artistry meets technology and real-time storytelling. Along the way, I’ve lit cinematic sequences, shaped environments, and developed tools and workflows to improve production pipelines.
Beyond the craft, I’ve embraced leadership: mentoring junior artists, teaching lighting classes, collaborating across departments, and helping teams set standards and best practices. I’ve also overseen calibration rooms, budgets, and photo shoots, ensuring that creative vision and technical precision work hand in hand.
Lighting is both my skill and my passion, but it’s also part of how I see the world. Outside of work, photography fuels that same curiosity—chasing light, framing stories, and capturing the moods that inspire me.
